New Forest Collection is a unique group of four charming hotels, a welcoming bed & breakfast, and a traditional British pub – all nestled in the stunning surroundings of the New Forest. Whether it’s the stately elegance of Burley Manor, the cosy charm of Bartley Lodge, the relaxed forest setting of Beaulieu Inn Hotel, or the modern comforts of Forest Lodge, each location offers a different experience – but all share a warm, family- and dog-friendly atmosphere.
Guests can expect thoughtfully designed rooms, exceptional leisure facilities, and award-winning dining experiences that bring together relaxation and the natural beauty of the forest. Each property also caters for weddings, meetings, and events with a professional and friendly team ready to make every detail perfect. The Drift Inn, our family-friendly pub, is a firm favourite among locals and visitors alike – offering delicious home-cooked meals, New Forest ales, a spacious garden, and a children’s play area, making it the ideal post-walk stop (wellies and dogs welcome!).
We offer seasonal and year-round employment opportunities with hourly pay starting at £10.50 for under 18s, £12.21 for over 18s, and £12.63+ for supervisory roles. Casual staff receive holiday pay directly rather than accruing it. While our busiest season runs from May to September, we’re often looking for help at Easter and over the Christmas period too. No experience? No problem – we provide full training.
Staff perks currently include birthday duvet days for contracted team members, discounts across the New Forest Collection, recognition rewards, and regular social events. Accommodation is available at select sites, including Burley Manor and Beaulieu Inn, offering private rooms, shared bathrooms, and on-site laundry. Meals are provided, and the cost is currently just £10.66 per day.
