Join the kitchen team at The Dorchester, one of London’s most iconic five-star hotels, located in the heart of Mayfair. As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll support the smooth running of daily operations across The Dorchester’s multiple fine dining and casual restaurant outlets, including Michelin-starred venues.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include cleaning dishes, pots, and pans; maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness; assisting with deliveries and food storage; and ensuring that kitchen equipment and workspaces are kept in excellent condition. This fast-paced, hands-on role is essential to the overall success of our kitchen team and is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional culinary environment.
No previous experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well under pressure. You’ll receive full training and be part of a supportive and friendly team.
