About the Role:
- Supporting students in primary, secondary, and SEND schools
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to aid learning and development
- Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Supporting students with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and other additional needs
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or similar
- Passion for working with children and young people
- Ability to build rapport and engage students effectively
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
