Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for well-presented, service-driven individuals who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a warm, professional guest experience. While previous experience and product knowledge are preferred, full training will be provided. We welcome applications for full-time, part-time, seasonal, and permanent roles. We are also committed to nurturing new talent and encourage young people considering a career in hospitality to apply.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing service across breakfast, afternoon tea, lounge, dinner, and room service
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in both front and back-of-house areas
• Following health & safety and service procedures
• Working flexible hours based on business needs, including split shifts
