About Notes
Notes is a collection of coffee shops and bars across London, serving speciality coffee, craft beers, well-chosen wines, and classic cocktails, all with our signature Notes twist. We offer seasonally inspired food throughout the day to eat in or take away. Our teams are friendly, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Our venues are in Trafalgar Square, Kings Cross Victoria, St John’s Wood, Bond Street, Borough Market, Bank, The Gherkin, Moorgate and Canary Wharf
Role Highlights
- Based in central London, with both morning and evening shifts available
- Full training on our menu, including wine, cocktails, and coffee

What we’re looking for
- Ideally, at least one year of hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to reliably commute to London or plans to relocate before starting work
