Join Our Client as a Guest Service Executive!

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of a luxury hospitality team. Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Executive to deliver exceptional service to their discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests at any time, making every interaction friendly and helpful. Strive to use guest names to personalize the experience.
  • Efficiently register guests upon arrival, ensuring all details are accurately captured in line with company procedures.
  • Assist guests with check-in, escort them to their rooms, and provide detailed information about hotel facilities and amenities. Actively promote the hotel’s food and beverage outlets.
  • Help guests with luggage and provide an outstanding first impression.
  • Accurately input check-in/check-out details into the system, ensuring spelling and rates are correct.
  • Strictly follow the hotel’s credit policies, including handling “chance guests.”
  • Make reservations when the Reservations team is unavailable.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, and attitude toward guests and colleagues alike.
  • Manage the switchboard, answer calls promptly, handle guest inquiries, and schedule wake-up calls per company standards.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including cash handling and credit control.
  • Oversee cash floats, foreign currencies, and collections responsibly.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via phone.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar hotel management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to learn multiple software platforms quickly and accurately.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible availability for weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
