We’re looking for a dynamic individuals to join our front-of-house team as Hosts. Confident, kind and sunny, Hosts treat customers like family making sure they want for nothing. The very definition of ‘People’ people, Hosts are adept at striking up instant rapport and love learning what makes each customer unique. Determined to go above and beyond, Hosts guide customers through their experiences in our Restaurant.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage reservations via phone, email, online booking systems, and walk-ins.
- Organise and optimise seating plans to ensure smooth flow and minimise wait times.
- Escort guests to their tables with confidence and grace, making small talk and building rapport along the way.
- Maintain a polished, professional presence at the front desk.
- Handle special guest requests, communicate dietary needs to the team, and manage VIP arrivals.
- Support the restaurant floor team with guest-related queries and transitions during service.
