Personal Assistant (Carer) – Live-In Role – England & Wales

We are offering an opportunity for individuals aged 21 and over to work as Personal Assistants (Carers) for clients with spinal injuries across England and Wales.

Role Overview:

As a Personal Assistant, you will support individuals with spinal injuries, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives. This role is ideal for those with a passion for helping others and strong communication skills. No prior experience is required.

What We Offer:

• £141 per day, plus travel expenses
• Flexible working patterns (e.g., two weeks on / two weeks off)
• £500 bonus after 100 days worked, plus another £500 after a further 100 days
• £1,000 referral bonus for recommending a friend
• Access to a Wellbeing Manager and support activities
• Full spinal injury care training provided (5-day course, free accommodation + up to £150 travel reimbursement)
• On-call pay: £30/day, £40 on Bank Holidays, £50 over Christmas

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21
• Valid UK driving licence
• Minimum availability: 3 months
• No prior care experience necessary – full training provided
