About the Role:
We are recruiting Support Workers to join a variety of special needs schools and services across London and the wider UK. As a Support Worker, you’ll be assisting children, young people, or young adults with special educational needs in both classroom settings and the wider community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge
- Encouraging engagement in lessons and daily living activities
- Assisting with social activities and helping individuals connect with family and friends
- Working as part of a class or care team to create a safe, supportive environment
- Making use of local community facilities and resources to enrich learning and independence
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, caring attitude and commitment to making a difference
- Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday during term time (some roles may vary)
- Experience in care or education is preferred but not essential – full accredited training provided at no cost
