Join the back of house team at New Forest Hotels, a collection of unique hotels and restaurants set in the heart of the beautiful New Forest National Park. We’re currently hiring Kitchen Porters for our busy seasonal period (May–September), with additional opportunities available over Easter, Christmas, and year-round for the right candidates.

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll support the smooth operation of our kitchens by cleaning dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting with deliveries, and keeping kitchen equipment and food prep areas clean and organised. You’ll be an essential part of the team that helps deliver great guest experiences across our hotel restaurants, events, and weddings.

What we offer:

• Pay £12.21/hour
• Casual contracts – holiday pay is included in your hourly rate
• Training provided – no experience needed
• Live-in accommodation available at selected sites (from £10.66/day)

Most live-in roles are at Burley Manor or Beaulieu Inn, where you’ll have a private bedroom, shared bathroom, and laundry facilities. Meals are included, and there’s a staff kitchen available at Beaulieu.
