Cover Supervisor – Primary & Secondary Schools
Location: London & UK-wide
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Supply
Join Zen Educate and support schools by stepping into classrooms when teachers are absent. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll keep lessons running smoothly, manage behaviour, and engage students using pre-prepared lesson plans.
The Role:
- Supervise classes across a range of subjects and year groups
- Maintain a positive, productive learning environment
- Follow school behaviour policies and routines
- Report back to teaching staff on progress and issues
What You’ll Need:
- Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management skills
- Adaptability and the ability to work across different subjects
- Degree or relevant experience preferred
- DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
