Front of House – Restaurant & Bar Team Member

We’re looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members to join the award-winning restaurant and bar team at The Dorchester, one of London’s most famous hotels. This is a rare opportunity to gain experience in luxury hospitality while living and working in the heart of London.

You’ll support a variety of service areas including our fine dining restaurants, cocktail bars, lounges, and afternoon tea service. Depending on your experience and the department you join, your role could involve greeting and seating guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, preparing table settings, and assisting with bar service. The Dorchester’s dining venues are world-renowned—this is your chance to work alongside expert teams delivering Michelin-level service in a supportive and professional environment.

If you’re friendly, well-presented, confident, and love working with people, this role is perfect for you. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful but not essential—we welcome working holiday applicants who are keen to learn and bring a positive attitude.
