What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet each learner’s needs and goals.
- Adapt your teaching to suit a variety of learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds – including SEN and complex needs.
- Build positive relationships that motivate and inspire.
- Track progress, celebrate achievements, and give constructive feedback.
- Work closely with families, carers, and professionals to ensure every learner feels supported.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with children/young people.
- QTS, subject-specific expertise, or relevant qualifications (desirable but not always essential).
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
- A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach with great communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
