Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in line with service level agreements

- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and complaints via shared inboxes or CRM platforms
- Coordinate delivery logistics, including route planning and use of courier services, to ensure timely fulfilment
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and solution-oriented service
- Identify and escalate service issues or process inefficiencies to the appropriate teams
