Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in line with service level agreements
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and meet customer expectations
  • Manage returns and exchanges within agreed timelines using internal systems and procedures
  • Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and complaints via shared inboxes or CRM platforms
  • Coordinate delivery logistics, including route planning and use of courier services, to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and solution-oriented service
  • Identify and escalate service issues or process inefficiencies to the appropriate teams
  • Support operational improvements by maintaining detailed records and contributing to reporting needs
